It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Gordon Caine on 7th of May at the age of 92.
In honouring Gordon Caine's wishes, the family has opted for a private, unattended service to celebrate his life. We invite friends and loved ones to cherish Gordon Caine's memory in their own special way.

Gordon was a lovely man who was a pleasure to visit. When I'd ask how he was, he would often reply "I'm bearing up under the strain" but no matter how much he was suffering he would always ask about me and my family. He was such a kind man, who will be missed very much. We send our warm love to Gordon's family and keep you in our thoughts. Love Fran and family xx

Gordon, a genuine man that went through life with a smile, never one to standby when he saw injustice, an advocate of fairness and honesty. His help, support and friendship making such a positive difference to all who he met. Some many memories. From supporting his beloved Halesowen Town football, to throwing a frizbee to Shep his Border Collie. To the one-man band able to rattle of false teeth, whistling and singing a tune while walking down the corridors of school. The man who seemed to know everyone. His bond to his soul mate Dot, true love. Now back together again. Gordon thank you for being my friend. Your light will shine on in those who knew you.

Gordon was the sort of person that was a pleasure to be in his company, he never failed to make you smile his witty personality, he will be sadly missed but never forgotten
