It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Cool on 6th of July at the age of 105. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

I remember one sunday lunch Mum had cooked a joint of beef, probably a little longer than necessary and of course it shrank somewhat. When Mum put it on the table for Dad to carve he said "Oh one each". You can guess mums reaction when me and dad burst out laughing .
