It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Liddell on 19th of September at the age of 95. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In honouring Robert Liddell's wishes, the family has opted for a private, unattended service to celebrate his life. We invite friends and loved ones to cherish Robert Liddell's memory in their own special way.

Holly Moore

Not many people are lucky enough to get 31 years of loving their grandad and I was especially lucky to get such a great one. I will always have the best and happiest memories of being at Nan & grandad's for the weekend, dragging grandad round the charity shops, then hours of cards & Yahtzee, grandad always guessing what we were going to roll next, and putting (unsuccessful) curses on me so I'd lose. Country & western music (& ABBA!) will always take me straight back to sitting around the table, grandad singing along, always slightly ahead of the song. I will always love and miss you grandude, I hope you're having a game and a glass of red with loved ones wherever you are! Xxx
