I remember when Steve returned from abroad and I sat next to him at a family party and could not believe how his neck and shoulders became one! Rest in peace cousin Stephen. Xx

I was deeply saddened to hear of Stephen's passing and wish to extend my sincere condolences to all the family. My dad, Barry Michael Brandon, always spoke with great admiration of Stephen and frequently acknowledged his remarkable achievements in the world of powerlifting. Despite reaching the very pinnacle of his sport, Stephen remained humble, grounded, and an inspiration to those around him. I fondly recall having a weight training session with him some thirty years ago, my arms are probably still recovering! His strength, both physical and in character, will be remembered always. May he rest in peace, forever strong.
